I have a few Questions.

1. Who is the new board member?
2. Can I get his bio info?
3. Why did he get added to the board so fast?
4. Can I get the  minutes for the past board meetings?
5. Did you get the member info from Celebrity?
6. Does Grey get paid for taking over managing DW? If how much?
7. Can the board meetings be recorded and put on the web in mp3?
8. Can we use Magicjack ($40 for one year and $19 each year after that) to send out the meetings to anyone how has a Magicjack?
9. Have you gotten access to the accounting records?
10. Can a cleaner copy of the "AMENDED AND RESTATED  MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT" be posted on the web site. If you only have that bad copy then it can be scanned with less light setting and it will come out better.

11. I have been informed that there are a number of problem areas at DW that put the DW POA in danger of legal action for personnel injuries. Such as in the dressing rooms. The rubber mates have been removed and not replaced. Is anyone walking DW and looking for areas that are potentially dangerous?
